For the fifth consecutive year, WePayPeople is amongst the fastest growing businesses in our country. We came second in North Holland in the mid-sized business category of the 2015 FD Gazellen Awards. This was the third year the business participated.
In 2011, WePayPeople entered for the first time and finished first in the national ranking for the small business category. That made WePayPeople the fastest growing company in the Netherlands. The business credits its repeated high rankings to a 341.49% growth in turnover for the 2012, 2013 and 2014 financial years. The growth of recent years is attributed primarily to back office services for employment agencies and intermediaries.

We are able to accommodate rapid growth because we are exceptionally efficient in terms of technology, thanks to the high end ‘payroll machine’ we developed ourselves. But it is also down to the people that work for us. They ensure that we serve our clients optimally. That way, our clients can focus on ‘the front end’. That often produces growth for those clients. Look at intermediary Dag1, for example. This is one of our clients that is also an FD Gazelle this year for the first time.”
